About Us
History
Islamic University Reporters Unity' officially started its journey on 18 November, 2018. From that day, a new chapter added in the journalistic society of Islamic University.
By defeating all evil powers, holding the spirit of the liberation war and progressivity in heart and with the motto of ‘Free Pen Soldier in Search of Truth’, this organisation arised by paying homage at IU Bangabandhu’s mural.
Since then, the activities of our IU Reporters’ Unity have continued systemically. Continuing with that, at present, about 30 members, including our office bearers, executives and general members, are associated with more than 50 media outlets in various national dailies and online portals.
What makes us unique?
We are determined to serve the country and the nation by revealing the truth holding the spirit of liberation war. We will not bow to any evil power, will not compromise with any injustice.

All our members are highly experienced and new members have to complete a 6month internship before they start.
